Sales Policy

        Training packages do not become effective at time of purchase. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours after time of purchase to confirm package selection and set-up initial consultation. At the time of contact, changes can be made to online selection at no additional charge. Booty-camp 12-week program begins and ends at dates specified on website. Packages are based on individual needs, and time periods may vary. Packages and programs are clearly outlined on website and are available for package purchases online, in person or over the phone. All packages are time sensitive.

        Your first class is free to new students, and start time for package will begin on first day of class there after. Time period to use classes does NOT begin at time of purchase, but after you begin using sessions purchased. If you do not use all classes purchased within your specified time period, they will expire and a new package may be purchased. Sessions may not be transferred, traded or postponed. No exceptions.

Refund Policy

        Refunds are paid in full, minus a 5% administrative and processing fee once a cancellation is made 24 hours PRIOR to a training service appointment. Cancellations made AFTER 24 hour time frame can not be made up, and client is responsible for payment in full.  "Bundle your Booty" purchases are eligible for full refund if cancellations are made one week prior to starting classes.

         If satisfaction is not met after training service, or FIT BOOTY-Camp/Bundle your BOOTY is complete, a full refund minus 5% processing fee may be granted based on individual circumstances.
